Madrasa Maktaba e Chishtiya, Kasarvadavali held its 12th Annual Day, together with the Jashne Khwaja wa Raza celebration, on 23 August 2025, after the Isha (night) prayer. Students presented what they practise every Friday at Bazm e Chishtiya through the year: hosting the programme, Quran recitation, poems in praise of Allah and the Prophet ﷺ, short lessons and speeches.
Students who finished the course receive a certificate, a copy of Kanzul Iman and other prizes. Each year the Trust also presents the Khwaja Garib Nawaz Award to someone who has done outstanding service for the community.
The programme was streamed live on the madrasa’s official YouTube channel. Seating for women was arranged on the 3rd and 4th floors, with a screen.
This year: 7 children completed reading the whole Quran, 20 completed the basic Islamic studies course and 23 completed the 15-day prayer course.
